I've just released v1.45 of Glidos. v1.45 can make use of an altered version of DOSBox so as to work on both 32bit and 64bit XP, Vista and W7.

There are a few teething problems: Descent II wont run, and Redguard has to be in Windowed mode, but besides that it seems mostly working.
