I bought Glidos ages ago, and have just reinstalled Tomb Raider after installing a new hard drive. I got a new set of unlock codes from the internet and clicked on all the right buttons on the Glidos splash screen, but when I start to play the game I still have that revolving Glidos logo!

Any secrets as to how to get rid of it, please?
