Is this a largish black screen, in addition to the initial VDos32 dialog box? Is this a large grey screen, in addition to the initial VDos32 dialog box? |

Vdos32 is a black screen with Vdos32 shown in the upper left corner. Glidos Server then opens as a gray screen with Glide Server in the same place. |

The thing to do is: 1) Delete the Glidos folder and the TOMBRAID folder. 2) Download and install Glidos 1.44 |

No, I have the game set up to play at Full Screen, and the box that would pop up was half that size. On other thing. You said that VDos32 didn't need VDMSound. |

I've just released v0.5 of VDos32 (http://www.vdos32.com) General improvements, including better cooperation with Windows, so that it's safe now to press F1-F4 when running TR1, without it locking... |

I reinstalled both Glidos (1.41 and then 1.44 over it) and TR. When I chose Start Program, a VDos32 box appeared, indicating "Unimplemented out0336h". So I went to Adjust and disabled VDos32. |

That's not a problem that VDos32 addresses. Are you generating the key using your current GlidosID? Does your GlidosID keep changing, maybe? |

Hi Paul Well, I reinstalled everthing and I also downloaded Vdos32 and I"m still having the same problem. The spinning Glidos emblem returns when I get to the 3rd level. |

Here's a new version of VDos32. There is some small hope that this might work under 64bit Windows. Could someone try it out. |

Definitely worth a try, but if you are using the latest version of Glidos then TR isn't really running under XP; it's running under VDos32 – assuming you are starting TR with the Glidos "Start... |

Yes, after I would press Start Game, a VDos32 black (small) screen would pop up, then a Glidos Server gray (small) screen. Then a complete (monitor size) black screen. |

I've just released v0.8 of VDos32. It has been updated to work with Glidos v1.39, activating all the in-game music of Tomb Raider I. So now people running 32bit Vista can take advantage of the feature. |

I've been using Glidos 1.38 with texture and audio packs with no problems. Yesterday I installed audio pack 1.6, Glidos 1.39 and the upgraded tomb.exe. |

Hi Paul Thank you for keeping me in the loop. I've completely unistalled Glidos and TR cause of the problem I was having so I haven't tried to do anything further with it. |

Were you thinking Glidos or VDos32? I can't remember that using Glide. What happens when you try running it under Windows directly? |
